SAP S4 Hana Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementations. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end (E2E) process integration, design, build, integrated testing, and deployment of comprehensive SAP S/4 HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in critical manufacturing industry processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay , Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance, and all critical integration points and flows between these functions.

Key Responsabilities

Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into efficient, integrated SAP solutions.
Define and drive integration scenarios, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP S/4 HANA and other business applications.
Oversee the design, build, configuration, and customization of the SAP solution, ensuring high-quality deliverables at each phase.
Lead and coordinate integrated testing activities, including system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Manage the deployment and cutover activities, ensuring smooth go-live transitions and minimal business disruption.
Act as a key advisor on solution design for critical process areas such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, and third-party vendors) to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project timelines or solution quality.
Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices, trends, and emerging capabilities to continuously enhance the organization’s technology landscape.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
15+ years of experience in SAP solution design, with a minimum of 5+ years working specifically as an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect.
Multiple full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations with strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
Extensive knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process integration across key areas, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay , Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Proficiency in designing and implementing integration scenarios, covering interfaces, APIs, and data flows between SAP and other enterprise applications.
Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA solution design, configuration, and customization.
Hands-on experience with integrated testing, defect resolution, and end-user training.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for SAP deployment ideally in a manufacturing industry, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to lead teams of consultants, developers, and business stakeholders through large, complex transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-plant, staggered go-live deployments, including management of interim operating scenarios.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and experience driving Agile delivery models.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and modern integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration).
Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architecture or related fields.
